From the Florida Keys to the courtroom
A Miami native who grew up in the Florida Keys, Tyson Kutner is a second-generation attorney with deep roots in South Florida. Before dedicating his career to personal injury law, he built a successful career in mortgage banking.
That business background gave him a sharp understanding of how insurers and large institutions operate — knowledge he now uses to his clients' advantage. Since transitioning to injury law, Tyson has managed more than 3,000 cases involving injuries, illnesses, and fatalities caused by negligence.
His practice is driven by a clear purpose: to advocate for innocent victims and work toward preventing future accidents. Clients consistently describe him as transparent, responsive, and genuinely invested in their well-being — an attorney who treats them like family rather than a file number.
Community & Pro Bono
Beyond his casework, Tyson offers pro bono legal services and supports local organizations as part of a lasting commitment to the South Florida community that shaped him.
